Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery then takes 7-15 business days, depending on where your item ships from (some items ship from US warehouses and arrive faster). During peak season (November-December) carriers may need a few extra days.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

If we can't ship within the time shown at checkout (or within 30 days if no time was given), we'll contact you first. You can accept the new date or cancel and get a full refund, including shipping.
